Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy has been created to better explain our privacy practices so that you will understand what information about you is collected, used and disclosed with respect to the Multi tool Application. By using Application, the Services or the Site, you consent to the privacy practices described in this Policy about how your "Personally Identifiable Information" (PII) is being used online. This Privacy Policy explains what information about you will be collected when you download, install, access or use a Multi tool app, and how that information will be used and shared.

By using our Multi Tool application, you consent to the policy and to the collection, processing, disclosure and use of your information as described in this policy.


This policy does not apply to information we collect offline, information collected in other apps or websites (including third-party apps or websites that you may access through our app), or information collected by a third party.  If you do not want your information to be collected or used as described in this policy, you must uninstall the application from the device on which you downloaded it.


Do we collect personally identifiable information?

We do not collect any Personal Information from you. Personal information is information which can be used to uniquely identify you or another person such as email address, physical address, contacts etc.

We collect non personal information. Non Personal information is information which does not identify you or another person. Non personal information include the type of mobile device you use, your mobile operating system, memory size, phone operator, install, uninstall and information about the way you use the Application.

We may use this collection of non personal information to have a better understanding of the user's behavior, improve our products and services.

We use Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous user statistics, and Google Admob for serving advertisements. Usage of these services are governed by the Privacy policies as follows,

Accessibility permissions:


Camera:

This app needs camera permission to scan QR codes only. Camera Permission is also required to capture images of documents using the device camera. Revoking this permission will limit the application functionality.

Storage

We get access to the user's storage for the following purpose;. 

  • To access the data within the app related to apps such as images, text, audio and videos etc. We do not save or share user’s app data.

  • To store the user’s generated data on SD card or internet storage of the user's device. We neither save nor share or upload the user’s data.

AppLock :

AppLock uses the Device Administrator permission.

To enable Advanced Protection, please activate AppLock as "device administrator". It's only used for preventing intruders from uninstalling AppLock.

AppLock uses Accessibility service.

To enable Power saving mode, please allow Accessibility services. The service is only used to reduce battery usage, improve unlocking efficiency, and ensure AppLock works stably.


Microphone:

Translator requires permission for microphone for speech translation. Our application may use the Accessibility Service API to help users fetch text from any application and provide text translations for their native language. The application neither captures your personal data nor violates your privacy.



CHANGES TO OUR PRIVACY POLICY
We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at our sole discretion. If we change our Privacy Policy, we will make the updated privacy policy available from within the App. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted. The date the privacy policy was last revised is identified at the top of the page. You are responsible for periodically visiting this privacy policy to check for any changes.


AGREEMENT TO TERMS

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity, concerning your access to and use of our App. You agree that by accessing the Application, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions Use. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE APPLICATION AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

Supplemental terms and conditions or documents that may be posted on the Application from time to time are hereby expressly incorporated herein by reference. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms and Conditions at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the “Last updated” date of these Terms and Conditions and you waive any right to receive specific notice of each such change. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms and Conditions to stay informed of updates. You will be subject to, and will be deemed to have been made aware of and to have accepted, the changes in any revised Terms and Conditions by your continued use of the Application after the date such revised Terms are posted.

Terms and Conditions:

It does not cover any collection, use or disclosure by third parties through any applications, Web sites, products or services that we do not control or own, such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, WhatsApp or any third party features or services made available via an Application, the Services or the Site. All trademarks, trade names, and logos of third parties featured on the Applications or the Site belong to their respective owners.


  • The Application is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. Persons under the age of 13 are not permitted to register for the Application.

  • The Application is intended for users who are at least 13 years of age. All users who are minors in the jurisdiction in which they reside (generally under the age of 18) must have the permission of, and be directly supervised by, their parent or guardian to use the Application. If you are a minor, you must have your parent or guardian read and agree to these Terms of Use prior to you using the Application.


GUIDELINES FOR REVIEWS

We may provide you areas on the Application to leave reviews or ratings. When posting a review, you must comply with the following criteria: (1) you should have firsthand experience with the person/entity being reviewed; (2) your reviews should not contain offensive profanity, or abusive, racist, offensive, or hate language; (3) your reviews should not contain discriminatory references based on religion, race, gender, national origin, age, marital status, sexual orientation, or disability; (4) your reviews should not contain references to illegal activity; (5) you should not be affiliated with competitors if posting negative reviews; (6) you should not make any conclusions as to the legality of conduct; (7) you may not post any false or misleading statements; and (8) you may not organize a campaign encouraging others to post reviews, whether positive or negative.

We may accept, reject, or remove reviews at our sole discretion. We have absolutely no obligation to screen reviews or to delete reviews, even if anyone considers reviews objectionable or inaccurate. Reviews are not endorsed by us, and do not necessarily represent our opinions or the views of any of our affiliates or partners. We do not assume liability for any review or for any claims, liabilities, or losses resulting from any review. By posting a review, you hereby grant to us a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, fully-paid, assignable, and sublicensable right and license to reproduce, modify, translate, transmit by any means, display, perform, and/or distribute all content relating to reviews.

When it comes to the collection of personal information from children under 13, the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) puts parents in control. The Federal Trade Commission, the nation’s consumer protection agency, enforces the COPPA Rule, which spells out what operators of websites and online services must do to protect children’s privacy and safety online. We do not specifically market to children under 13.


CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS

California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits users who are California residents to request certain information regarding disclosure of Personal Information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
